"The best meets the best" : a special event promoted by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium to present nearly 30 dairy farms that produces a particular Parmigiano Reggiano (Hill, Mountain, Red Cows, White Cows etc ...) to best chefs, restaurante, tour operators . Caseificio Santa Rita was the one with more than 6 different seasonings of the only Organic Parmigiano Reggiano made with white cow milk , Slow Food Presidium .
